Villa Starlett is a truly sea-front villa, part of an exclusive gated villas estate, enjoying direct access to the beach and unobstructed sea views. The villa is set in a 1800 sq.m. private land plot and is surrounded  by a magnificent natural environment of pine, cypress and olive trees. It is located just 20 minutes from historic Nafplio city, a vibrant and cosmopolitan city that served as the first capital of Greece and has preserved a historic city centre dating from the 18th century, offering a variety of amusement and entertainment opportunities throughout the year.

Villa Starlett has been designed with extreme care, perfectly blending the modern design with local traditional materials and an eco-friendly construction. Solid stone walls, big glass openings and energy efficient solutions complete an environmentally friendly building, with a planted roof top.

The villa is constructed on three levels, with the main internal & external living areas placed on the middle level. A private pool and surrounding area with a pool bar are located on the lower level. The main house offers 3 double bedrooms (two en-suite), a unique open plan living & dining area, a kitchen, TV room / playroom and a single-bed staff room. The main house offers a variety of external spaces, including an atrium, verandas, a shaded garden and pool / bar area.

A separate guest house is available offering 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, a WC with shower and a kitchenette. A separate en-suite guest room could also be offered.

All surrounding external spaces create an environment of a unique lifestyle, which is enhanced by the Mediterranean climate and the villa’s privacy. The villa is placed in a crafted landscape just 35 meters from the beach, which can be reached through a private path, consisting of 50 steps.

The villa was completed in 2014 and thereafter has been available for rental through our Blue Mosaic brand.
